About US

Who We Are?

For each project we establish relationships with partners who we know will help us create added value for your project.
As well as bringing together the public and private sectors, we make sector-overarching links to gather knowledge and to learn from each other.
The way we undertake projects is based on permanently applying values that reinforce each other: socio-cultural value, experiental value, building-technical value and economical value.
This way of working allows us to raise your project to a higher level.

frequently asked questions

No. If you have an existing wood burning fireplace you may repair and use it. Other municipalities, such as North Vancouver, allow this.

If built well, granite retaining walls can last at least twenty years without needing any re-pointing.

The white stain is called efflorescence. It is salt deposits leaching out of the brick or concrete to the surface. This can disappear over time or be removed with an acid wash.

If built properly, your brick chimney should last twenty years before needing a re-pointing.

Manufactured stone wears down much faster than natural stone, especially with the high rainfall of Vancouver.

Edifice gives fixed prices, they will not change over the course of the job. The price includes everything, taxes, materials, delivery and disposal.
